How can I get my voicemail without having to enter a password?

Every time the I try to retrieve voicemails the key pad with "dialing voicemail " pops up and I have to enter the voicemail password. How can I just get it to go straight to the voicemail and not have to enter the password every time?

Fixed it. Turned iPhone off and back on again.
