How can I retrieve deleted text?

I restored my iphone and deleted the backup without realizing the texts would all be deleted as well. I had information in the texts I'd like to retrieve. Is there any way I could get the texts back? I know you can check for text information on your verizon account but I don't want the information just the actual text content.

Sorry. You can't access the contents of the messages through your MyVerizon account. If the backup is gone, then the messages are gone.
