How can I retrieve my deleted text messages iPhone 4

I accidently deleted a long conversation, that I need back.

Is there a way for Verizon to get me my own text message conversations or a way to retrieve deleted text messages.

I know how important it is to have access to deleted text messages, nicfrank. I know you mentioned that you have an iPhone 4. Do you by any chance use any cloud storage systems, such as iCloud or the Verizon Cloud? Can you please also provide the software verison you are running on your iPhone 4? You can find this by going into Settings>General>About>Version.
