How can I upload files from my Mac Book Pro hard drive to my Verizon Cloud?
I believe you need to install the Verizon Cloud app on your Mac:
Download and Install - Verizon Cloud - Macintosh | Verizon Wireless
Steven, we are here to provide answers to all of your questions. What a great idea. However, only devices connected to our network will have access to the Verizon Cloud. This would include your Smartphone’s and Tablets. For more information on the Verizon Cloud: http://vz.to/1X0d3gS

Thanks, do the files I put in Verizon Cloud on my Mac Book Pro reside on my hard drive or not?
Steven_Wyatt, we understand the importance of keeping all of your files safe. You can use Verizon Cloud to sync content between your phone, tablet, computer and other devices. It ensures your content is available virtually anywhere you want to access or manage it. However, it can only be accessed at our Verizon Cloud website. That information is not backed up on your hard drive when syncing to Verizon Cloud.

I'm not sure what you are asking here - your first question stated "Can I upload files from my Mac Book Pro hard drive to my Verizon Cloud?" - so yes, they DO reside on your Mac Book Pro, if that is where you are uploading them from. Unless I'm missing something? They stay on your hard drive until you delete them from there.
