jose00017, help is here as you deserve answers regarding your iPhone 5S. All Verizon Wireless cellular devices automatically come unlocked. I must request that you attempt more troubleshooting with the Brazilian cellular provider for more information such as, what error message do they receive when they attempt to activate your device.
