Did you have "Find my iPhone" activated on the phone?

If so, log in to iCloud.com with the Apple ID that you use on the phone and click "Find My iPhone".

If you didn't have it activated, then you are likely out of luck.

If it is truly lost somewhere outside of your control, be sure to contact Verizon Customer Service to suspend the device so no one else can use it.
