How do I restrict email messaging on child's iPhone 4S?

I have the FamilyBase setup with controls for calls and texts, and have set time restrictions as well, but these do not control emails coming in or out of iPhone. I wish the time restrictions would also handle email communications.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
