I know how much fun it can be to share pictures on Facebook beautifulat75! You should be able to select a menu option on the picture itself once it is stored in your gallery(icon on the lower left that looks like a square with an arrow up). Once that is highlighted, a prompt with icons should appear showing options to send the photo to another source such as e-mail, messaging, facebook ect. Please be aware the process may be different depending on what iOS version you are on 6 or 7.
