How do I suspend all services on a line?
m_panek
Newbie

Does anyone know how to "suspend" service on a phone on your plan without the user knowing? I have a 16yo who doesn't always listen so I would like to temporarily "freeze/suspend" his service.

Being able to manage your users' service is essential for your account, m_panek. I have to do the same thing with my 15-year old from time to time too! You can log in and suspend the line here: http://spr.ly/6580DGjHa. Just an FYI, you can only suspend and reconnect once in one day. So if you suspend at 9:00 am and then reconnect at 5:00 pm, you will not be able to suspend again until the next day.
