How do I transfer my information from an Android to an iPhone?

Tried to setup iCloud account but when I get to verification all they send me is a letter saying I am good too go. So when I signed in isais I am not done verifying with a code...no code ever comes

Going from Android to Apple is definitely a change. Let's get your iCloud account all set up. To start with, may I ask where you are trying to set up an account? Is it on the phone or through Apple's site: http://www.apple.com/icloud/ Have you tried on both?
