How do I use my old Verizon IPhone 4S overseas?

I want to activate my old Iphone 4S in an argentine phone company. Verizon always have claim that this device can be used internationally without problem.

from the Argentinean company are asking me for a code named SIM LOCK. does anyone know were I can obtain that code?

You would need to meet the Verizon requirements in or to have Verizon provide you with the unlock code.  Otherwise, you would need to seek out a third party unlocking solution.
