How do i send pic messages to android users with my iphone?

How do I fix this? I can send pics to iphone users through iMessage but my MMS isnt working

I love sending picture messages to all my friends and family.  I want to make sure you are able to share the holiday joy with them as well.  Have you always had this issue with your phone? Does this happen when you are connected to Wifi? Is your data turned on or off?  Here to help.

Make sure your mobile data is turned on and actually works. Messages should also be allowed to use data in your Cellular options. MMS requires this on as alluded to by the Verizon Wireless rep above. Additionally, make sure the contacts you're sending messages to, which use Android, have "iMessages" turned off if they previously used iPhone, and their phone number is not filled in as an iPhone.
