If you have Asurion insurance or Apple care, then the replacement is the cost of your deductible.  Without insurance, you need to shop around and get the best price you can on the same or a similar device.  Check swappa, ebay, friends...

Go to an Apple store and ask them.

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

Wtlmom,

Having to replace a broken phone is a bummer, but it can be easier than expected. Do you have insurance on your phone? If so, you can check the deductible and file a claim online using this link http://bit.ly/1Lz2TfY .

If you don't have insurance, you can check your upgrade eligibility using My Verizon here http://vz.to/1Sd4zU1 .
