How to remove Daily Doppler off my iphone7 Plus?

I keep getting unwanted solicitations on my iphone? By the hundreds. I want them to stop. I go into settings and it won't allow me to delete Daily Doppler. This is something I never downloaded on my phone. Can it be removed?
