photos sent to me in email and in messages will not go to Verizon cloud!

KAR2SULLIV,

I save all my photos to the cloud, so I know how important it is that we get this figured out. Do you save the photos to your photo gallery before you try to back them up to the VZ Cloud? What happens when you try to back them up?
