I'm sorry about the forgotten passcode to the iPhone. I can definitely help. Please follow these steps:
-Press and hold Power and Home key for about 15 seconds until the apple logo comes up on the screen
-Once you see the Apple logo, press and hold the home button again until you see that the device is in recovery mode
-Restore with recovery mode: http://bit.ly/SDbUbT
