I am going through a divorce and my soon to be ex is somehow accessing my phone call numbers, and actual texts. I have changed passwords, emails multiple times. How is he doing this and is it legal? He is not on the account.

There are several things he could be doing.  And here are some of the things you need to look out for:

1) Does he still have access to your iTunes (Apple) account?  If so, and you are using iMessage that's one way he knows what you are doing.

2) It's possible he installed a keylogger on your personal computer.  He could use this to find out everything you type on your computer and use the usernames and passwords he collects to log into your accounts and gets the info that way.

3) Does he still have access to your Verizon account?  He can get some info from it.

How you can fix this:

1) Virus scan your computer.

2) Change Email password

3) Change iTunes (Apple) password

4) Change Verizon website password

5) Change your Verizon passcode (the code you use with Verizon if you need to call them)

If ANY of these sites use security question..update all of them.  You can use the same answers but add a word to the end like your first name or a four digit number. This will keep him from using the "Forgot My Password" and prevent him from resetting it,

Good Luck

Does he too have an iPhone (or other iDevice) and were you both using the same Apple ID? If so then your texts are probably going to his device to. That's all I can think of as far as him being able to access your actual texts.
