I am not able to receive texts from certain individuals with a variety of types of phones.

I can send these people a text, but can't see their response. Have checked settings.

I want your incoming messages to flow amykck! Let's get to the bottom of this messaging issue and explore options to resolve! When did this messaging issue start? Are only regular text messages impacted or also iMessages? What is your iOS version? What is your text messaging application? Are the missing messages part of a group text message? Have you called our tech support team at 800-922-0204 to troubleshoot before? If you have, what troubleshooting steps have you done? I don't want to ask you to do the same things.
