I am unable to send messages to one person

I have an iPhone 4s and am unable to send messages to someone with a Galaxy and on Sprint. I can receive messages he has sent to me but he cannot see mine. My phone says they go through and are delivered. It has been this way since February. How do I fix this? I have tried deleting the contact and re-entering as well as soft resetting and network resetting.

We know how important it is to have a properly working device! When did this issue start? Does he receive an error message? Did you always have an droid?
