I can only talk on my phone through speakerphone. i can hear people on the other end but they cant hear me??

I can only talk through speakerphone. i can hear people on the other end but they cant hear me. ive reset my phone and upgraded......checked settings in sound and nothing is set wrong that i know of????

Sorry to hear about the trouble you're experiencing with the audio on your phone! I'd love to get this working again for you. Are you unable to be heard even when speakerphone is on? Are you able to connect a headset and be heard?
