I can’t send or receive pictures with non iPhone users

I am unable to send or receive group messages and pictures with non iPhone users. I’ve always had this issue with my iPhones and I need to fix the problem ASAP. I’ve tried resetting network settings, checked mms, sms and blocked messages. Nothing to works. Please help!
