I'm having a problem trying to download from my iphone into verizon icloud...it never finishes downloading and also I can't find any links on the verizon wireless page to access my downloaded info, I'm in the process of getting a new phone, but I would like to be able to save all my info before that happens and access it since I'm paying for space. I only have pictures and movies...no music ... thank you

You need to be on WiFi to save pictures and videos I believe. If you already are on WiFi, I'd suggest calling Customer Service.

Consider your problems a thing of the past. After all, we're determined to figure this out. Now, may I ask if you already have an established iCloud profile? And have you had problems in the past? When you're downloading do you receive an error or is it just taking forever? Finally, are you doing this over our wireless data or over Wi-Fi? Here to help!
