I don't know what to do :(

I am a NEW customer. I ordered my phone on 10/25. It was supposed to ship 11/14 and didn't. On 11/15 over the phone Verizon reordered my phone and told me they'd put it through to be shipped sooner. Yesterday I called and they had trouble finding me in the system and when they did my OLD order appeared. She told me it should ship by 11/21. I just talked to someone again this morning who told me it should ship TODAY. THEN I talked to someone else who couldn't find me in the system and said my order was "probably cancelled." What??? I am beyond confused and just upset. I don't understand why this is so difficult!!! Help me, Verizon.
