meganowens, I'd be happy to help with your iPhone 5s. I understand you want to remove the device from a line. Are you wanting to add a different phone to the line? Are you wanting close the line completely? Is there anything wrong with the iPhone 5s?

Hi meganowens,

This depends on if you're in a contract or on an Edge plan. Please let me know which one you fall under, and when you purchased the phone that way we can come up with an approximate figure of a termination penalty or how much it will cost for you to buy out of your Edge agreement.
