I have an iPhone 5s and the Verizon Canada Mexico Plan. I have NO SERVICE. I switched the settings to what customer service told me before I left the US for Canada, and I get NO service for calls. TEXTS work with WiFi. What's the deal?

sherryl1,

Having serivce while traveling is xtremely important. Let's make sure you have the service you need. Just to be sure, under Settings>Cellular>Roaming>Voice and Data, should be selected. Not just Data Only. The iPhone has IMessage, which is similar to text, and will work over WIFI or any data connection.
