I have an iPhone 7 plus...my personal hotspot disappeared.

My personal hotspot has disappeared.  It was there one minute and gone the next.  I have done everything on my end to fix it and find it, but nothing!  My phone hasn't been the same since...I can't even text or search the internet while I'm on the phone.  Never had that problem before either.  Thats why I'm with Verizon in the first place!!

I've even erased my phone and did everything all over again!

Just to clarify what you are experiencing, can you share more details on what you mean when you say the Personal Hotspot disappeared? Do you not see an option to enable this feature or are experiencing problems with connecting other Wi-Fi capable devices to your iPhone’s Personal Hotspot? You also mentioned not being able to text or search the internet while you’re on a call. There are some settings I’d like for you to check on your device, but first, can you share more details with me on what happens when you try to text while on a call? Do you get an error message when you try to send a text while on a call? Can you receive texts while on calls?

When trying to surf the internet while you’re on a call, are you connected to Wi-Fi or do you have a 4G LTE signal?
