***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. On the afternoon of Monday 12/5, all users will be able to log into the new Verizon Community. We expect the new Community to be fully functional the morning of Friday 12/9. I haven't been able to put any data on my iPad in months!

I'm set up for auto pay. Tried manually putting data on just will not go through

Interesting. Are you on a PrePay plan for your iPad, or is it on a regular post pay account?

If PrePay, you can reach out them to get this cleared up at 888-294-6804. You can select options 4, 6, 4 for prompt service.

I'm sorry you're having issues with your autopay. Did you try online via My-Verizon? What error message did you receive?

I use the my Verizon website this is the message I get every time.

And I've been charged a bunch recently and still have no data on my iPad
