I need to delete apps off my son's phone, can I do it through Verizon or do I have to have his phone in hand.

I need to delete apps off my teenage son's phone, can I do it through Verizon website or do I have to actually be holding the phone.

ANGTER36, we want you to be able to manage your son's phone. You can only remove the applications on the phone itself. You can not remotely remove the applications.
