I ordered a 6s on 9/23 and my account shows no orders in past 150 days??

My order status [and I do have the order number] shows no orders for the past 150 days.  It was there yesterday so what happened?

My order was cancelled Saturday due to a "system glitch."  They placed another order and I will get my phone "as soon as it is available" which could be this week.....or not
