IOS 7.0 Colors.. horrible!

I updated my iphone 4s to the new ios 7.0.  I had a lot of trouble and it took over 2 hours and a complete restore when it froze up.  I finally got it and it's working correctly. The problem is that I don't like it and want to go back to my older version.  The new ios 7 looks so generic with the white screen and it's very hard on the eyes.  I inverted the colors but when you do this the photos are in skeletal form and you can't see anything!  This new version is worse in my opinion and I would like to know how to go back to my previous version please!

If anybody it would be Apple that you would have to contact, but I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you.
