IPHONE 8

Ever since we added the IPHONE 8 to our account (earlier this year), that phone drains our data.  We have turned the Cellular assist option off so that it's not using data in the background without knowing.  Why else would it be draining our data each month.  The person using the phone is not doing anything different than before when he had the IPHONE 5 (or 4 - whichever he had).  Can you give us some ideas of what to check?
