Had IPad for 18 months. Never an issue with Cellular data. Two weeks ago, IPad still shows strong Cell strength, and data statistics shows that data is consumed, but unable to use any application on IPad when relying on Cellular data plan. yes, have data left on Plan. I tried all on line Apple suggestions to fix but nothing helped. Went to Apple store. They diagnosed the device and came out clean. Backed up everything and then wiped IPad clean and had Genius people at Apple store restore. Did not help. Bought NEW Ipad. Transferred SIM card from old Ipad to new Ipad and downloaded all stuff from ICloud. Still, issue persists: Unable to connect to internet. Signal shows strong, data is consumed, but can't connect. Bad SIM card?

Got to a Verizon Corporate store (not third party retailer, or Authorized retailer) and get a new SIM. It is free if done at corporate store. Usually a wait, so bring something to do.
