Keytesha2000, it is absolutely paramount that you have a working phone. So glad you reached out to us so that we can help. There are many different factors that can cause the device to freeze. Is there any damage on the device, physical or liquid? How much memory is left on the device? To check this go to, Settings>General>Storage & iCloud Usage. Does this happen when you launch a particular application? Tell me more so that we can properly assist.
