I cannot get my phone to connect to my own wifi connection. Had this phone since November with no problems, now all of a sudden it will not connect.
Try to reset, but it still will not connect. I am using the correct password. Any suggestions?

In the help forums there are many articles with fixes you can try.
Or go into a Apple Retail Store and have the store genius look at it.
They are the best place to go. Don't call Verizon on an iPhone issue since they will only opt to swap out for a used junk phone which may have worse problems. Try the apple forum first.
Good Luck

Hello Iterry, Wifi is definitley an important feature! You mentioned you tried a Reset which means you're defintiely on the right path! Elector provideda great link for troubleshooting the iPhone, as well! Let's try a few additional steps to make sure we get your Wifi connected. While there are many reset options for your iPhone 5C, we do recommend starting with a "Reset of Network Settings" to help in resolving Wifi connection concerns. Here is a link with the steps: http://vz.to/Qt1HVR. Also, have you been able to test the phone with multiple available Wifi Networks? Keep us posted - we're here to help.
