Incoming texts not going to Message+ app

I've installed message+ app on my iPhone 6 and incoming texts are going to the standard iPhone message app. I've set up auto reply and of course sender does not get the reply message. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that didn't help. Any suggestions?

We appreciate your concerns! Lets ensure the message + app is fully functional. Are the messages being received from other iPhones? You may need to turn off iMessage via Settings > Message
