Insurance Claim for Lost/Stolen Device

My iPhone was stolen, trying to file my insurance claim. Where can I find the ESN/MEID/IMEI numbers, without the physical device???

On your box the phone came in. Or log into your My Verizon web portal and under your device photo the information should be there.

Or call 800-922-0204 and ask customer service.
