I was in a car accident that was not my fault a few months ago and my iPhone 4 was ejected from the car. I went back and found the pieces on the side of the freeway as I needed the information in it, but it was destroyed. I called assurion and paid their rediculous deductible and they sent me a phone that did not run nearly as fast. I updated the software and now the microphone doesn't work. This should fall under warranty. How do I get a replacement?

Call *611 and tell them about the microphone and everything. Vzw ir apple can handle these warranty issues? Did u get the same color as u originally bought? You don't have to mention to them about the car accident. I am surprised you had to pay to replace it when reading I thought maybe the person who hot you would have. Sorry to get off topic.

Doesent this person have an apple warrenty or vzw warrenty with extended warrenty? Doesent follow your original warrenty?

Ok i have a request.i need to get in touch with the head person at ASURION. cause i pay and have insurance on all 3 of my phones.my daughter dropped her iphone on 2-3-2013 and cracked the screen.she gave me the 169.00 to get a new phone from these people.sent in 3 claim numbers and was denied all 3 of them.they try telling me i didnt have insurance on that phone.i'm not Stupid Or Crazy.she's had this phone since oct 2012.so now she is forced to walk around with a broke phone that i pay Insurance on and can't even use it. I want to talk to who ever is in charge cause i want all the money back that i have paid every month for insurance on this phone that i can't use. thanks. <Email address removed for privacy per the ToS.> and if i take it too a phone store and have the screen replaced will the warranty pay for it?
