International phone plan question

If i add an international phone plan to my iPhone to call to Australia from my home in the US, will the person I call be charged a fee on their phone bill? For a cell phone? For a land line?

We want you to be totally prepared to make your call to Australia. Our international plans enable you to make calls to other countries at great rates. The way our service works is while you're in the US, you don't incur any long distance charges for calls you receive from other countries. However, because offerings by other providers vary, we recommend that you have the person you're calling check with their carrier to confirm if they'll incur charges.
