Invisible video running in background?

howdy, does anyone know how to disable an invisible video running in the background?  Its making my elderly mother crazy.  She has an iphone 6s.  

It arrived via text, we've deleted the video in the text string and swiped away all open apps.  That's all I know how to do.

We would lvoe to help end the annoying video! What indication is it giving that the video is playing? Have you restarted the phone since this began? YaleK_VZW
