I have tried and spent hours trying to figure out why my phone will not connect to my email (mac.com ). Phone prompts to sign into icloud. When I go to settings the "icloud" button is "greyed-out" no option to turn on/off. If I can turn icloud connection "on" then should work. I have read on apple site and no fix for found. I am hoping a Verizon network error I can find a fix for. It is annoying not being able to access email. Oh and the itunes stopped working with the latest itunes update ~1week ago. LOVE my iphone, but getting annoyed.
