Iphone 4s Unlock for International Use

Hi

I am having Verizon Iphone 4s phone with me and currently I am in Germany, I come to know I can unlock my Iphone 4s for International use, can you please guide how to do this? I am already out of US at this moment. and I also follow all the conditions needed to unlock the phone for international use.
