I received my confirmation email and everything but this morning i got an email saying it failed automation anyone else get this
I got the same thing. I was told to reorder and call them back with the order confirmation so I could still receive it by the original delivery date. I'm not very hopeful as the system is telling me delivery of 10/5. There was no reason given for the error.
Have you already contacted us to get this taken care of? The order may have failed for numerous reasons but normally it's due to failure to accept Terms & Conditions. As long as we're contacted to properly finalize the order within the time communicated in the email, you will get back the shipment order from the initial order.
