I preordered a iPhone 7 plus and was wondering when I will be charged for it. Also, If I don't have money in my account at the time do they bill your account or cancel the order?

We want to make sure we set you the proper expectation of when your order will be processed. Your account will be charged when the phone processes and ships. If there are not enough funds in the account the order will not be processed.

Can you changed the CC to a different one after you've preordered?

I ordered mine the 11 ...expected to ship and arrive the 23 ... never got charged ,until tonight, checked status. ... still processimg not shipped nothing lol

In order to do that, you would need to cancel the current order and place another one.
