My hotspot used to work fantastic, but now drops constantly and can't be seen by my work laptop and my son's chromebook. We travel and spend a lot of time on this hotspot for work and school. I tried resetting the firmware and my IOS is up to date. Please help as it is costing me so much time restarting the hotspot constantly. I will say it doesn't seem to disconnect for my iPad.
We want to make sure that you are provided the best service as a customer and have a working service to use with your devices. With regard to the hotspot connection when did this start for you? Has the device been updated to the latest software version?
