Iphone was stolen. Will it be blacklisted on all carriers?

My iphone was stolen. I didn't have it logged into my Find My App yet. If I report the phone stolen to Verizon, will Verizon blacklist the phone's IMEI? And if they do will other carriers, such as Tmobile, also blacklist the phone in case someone tries to put in a Tmobile SIM card?
