So lately I have had trouble paying the bill. The app doesn't save the information, the computer doesn't save the information so nothing saves my payment information. Which makes it less than ideal to do business with Verizon.
In trying to give feedback, I have called 10 times at different times on different days. There is always a we have a heavy volume of calls and hold time exceeds an hour message.
I try holding, the system hangs up on me.
I try the chat service on the site. It wont connect.
Going into their store the associate told me, that's just how it is. Deal with it.
Did Verizon just fire all its people or something?
Cause right now AT&T service is looking stunning compared to Verizon right now.
I would love to see some decent communication with them, but they seem too busy.

The reps cannot change the website. They do not have a place to send feedback so once you give it to them that's it. It doesn't go anywhere, the managers cannot change it either and have nowhere to send the feedback. And AT&T does the same thing, if you tried to give feedback about the website the rep will be polite and listen but has nowhere to send the comment too.
Verizon customer service is diminishing, however so are all large corporations. It unfortunately seems to just get worse.....
