I have followed the pairing procedure, but the iPhone 6 does not recognize the device. Is it a lost cause?
Are you sure you are getting the headset into pairing mode as indicated by the red/blue flashing light?
1. Turn your headset power on. Press and hold the call control button for 5 or 6 seconds until the light starts flashing an alternating red-blue. Release the button and set the headset aside.
2. Go to your iphone and initiate the paring it should see the headset at this point.
Let's not give up just yet, vjpucci. Dilbertaz offered additional excellent clarifying steps for pairing bluetooth devices. Did it help?
If you are still experiencing connectivity issues, if you have not done so, please try updating your bluetooth headsets firmware. There may be a few bluetooth firmware/stack issues causing the problem. This can help!

Hi,
My Bluetooth is not found on that link that you sent me.
It's a few years old and only came with an AC Adapter.
I don't believe that it is possible to update the firmware on this model.

Hmm, that does seem to be very strange, vjpucci. I want to make sure that we do everything we can to get you connected to your bluetooth. Have you tested out the device to make sure that other bluetooth devices could pair up with the iPhone 6? I would also suggest on reaching out directly to Plantronics http://bit.ly/1GZkYTP to check the status of your current bluetooth and its compatibility.
