Is tethering possible on iOS 9.0 or higher with VZW unlimited data?

I have an android (Samsung Galaxy Note 3) and thinking about switching to IOS (iPhone 6s Plus). I have never owned an iPhone, and now with the larger screens I would like to see what all the hype is about. But I'd only switch if I can successfully tether with my VZW unlimited data plan.  I have young kids that use there devices with my tether so for my family this is a big help. Thanks!

Yeah, it is possible. If you still have an unlimited data plan though there would be a cost for the "hot spot" it would be $30.00 each month (typically but does vary on your specific plan) but that would allow you to connect devices to the internet using your iPhone 6s Plus using your unlimited 4G data.
