So they are not in the cloud or anywhere?
Not unless you backed them up yourself. Do you use Verizon Cloud to back up your messages, such as with Verizon Messenger plus app?
No, no other apps Thanks for the help
Welcome and sorry.
how do i know if i have a back up app
StanSnyder2882, if you deleted your text messages without baking them up, then they are gone forever. Within the settings of your device, you should see the option to Backup your device. I would look there to see if you have your phone set up to Auto Backup. Also, you should look through your apps to see if you have a cloud that you may have backed up to. I hope this information helps.
