Keep losing contacts

My iphone4 and VZW.com loses contacts for no apparent reason. This just started this week.

I use the VZW contact transfer app.

I use I cloud to remember everything. It might be easier and not as glitchy. Or I sync it on iTunes.

That would be frustrating to lose all of your contacts.

Where do have them saved on VZW.com? Are you referring to backup assistant?

Do you ever sync your iPhone to iTunes?

I have resolved the problem, the contacts were in the trash folder on VZW.com.

Also I did not know I could not sync with VZW transfer app while using wifi.
